I'm sure you heard about it but the sofa got stuck in the stairwell! The driver was so helpful and positive that we'd get it through, I thought it would have to stay stuck there forever!

With more than little trepidation we booked Capital Cargo in the form of Guy Robson for a move from our daughter’s flat in Islington to the Access Storage Centre in Brixton last Saturday October 10th for a midday start.
We need not have worried at all. Pete in his white Transit arrived 10 minutes early at 11.50 and was the most helpful, friendly, patient careful and courteous guy you could have wished for. He carried stuff down to the van, helped load it all up, drove patiently to Brixton helped by his Tom Tom and then at Brixton helped unload, take it up to the lock-up space and after all that made a cup of tea care of Access.
A great experience and a company that I can fully recommend. Many thanks Pete, you were great.

A friend recommended Guy to help me move house, and he has now helped me move about 4 times and I have passed his number on to several friends who, like me, wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. On one occasion a friend was let down by another company who failed to turn up on the day she was moving. She called Guy on the off chance that he would be free and he was there in 30 minutes, despite it being a Saturday evening. The service is fast, friendly, reliable and the rates are very reasonable. I really wouldn't use anyone else.

I think it was Rakesh who made the most amazing impression on us. He cycled to our house and he and the man driving the van, Osman I think. loaded a full van worth of stuff (packed to bursting point and each item weighing a tonne). They carried each item down a flight of stairs but when they got to our new place, they had to take it up two large flights of stairs. I think they did 25 or so trips from rooms to the van at each side and didn't stop the whole time. These men are like Machines - both of them! Not only that but Rakesh then cycled home. How they had the energy I just don't know!

I was moving flats with your company.i had a driver called PETE helping me to carry my stuff out and in and doing the removal.he was probably the best mover i ve ever had the pleasure to move flats with.very helpfull and friendly and it made moving flats a terrific experience instead of the odd and terrible time you can have with other companies.you cann t beat the price either and alltogether i want to thank you guys and especially PETE for helping me in the way he did.Please carry on like that and be sure i ll recommend your company to everyone i know in London 10 points out of ten! cheers KK

We needed someone to help us move flat on the day, so we called Capital Cargo and they put us in touch with Pete. He came that evening and was fantastic, helping to carry everything even though my old flat was 3 floors up. He was cheerful and really got stuck in, I don't know how we would have managed without him! Highly recommended, thanks so much!

I used Capital cargo to collect a sofa which needed to go up 2 bendy flights of stairs, in July.I hired a man with a van. It was a Sunday, but they were still able to find someone to help me at short notice (I only booked 2 days before). He was punctual,friendly and even went the extra mile helping to move my other furniture!I would definitely recommend Capital cargo as a friendly,reliable service...great value for money. KBM

Just wanted to say a massive 'cheers' to a driver Pete for sorting me out late july with a move from Pimlico. Top notch service. Ordered the van at 4pm and the driver was there by 7pm that evening! Offered a very friendly accomodating service. Very competent in safe packing and handling of furniture and equipment. So all in all thanks Pete, Life savers!!

Huge TV removal
Used this amazing service yesterday to move a huge TV - was given the best quote intially amongst 10 companies I called - and they managed to squeeze me in on the same day!! I received regular calls from the driver to update me on when he would arrive and was given help that went above and beyond the call of duty!!! (His seriously kind wife helped out with the lifting and organisation!!) These guys are fantastic, friendly and incredibly careful with your belongings and absolutely the best service I have ever used. I shall always go here first and recommend them to colleagues and friends.
